I have finally changed my timing to 14-15 btdc and my Sebring 96M is running 

GREAT!  Harry (hsue) has a web page at 

http://www.mcs.com/~hal109/garage/timing.html that has a useful tip of 

loosening the metal tube to gain access to the 12mm bolt, works great!  The 

one thing I wasn't sure was what way to turn the cam sensor...on my first try 

I turned it clockwise if your are sitting in the car, it only takes a very 

slight movement to go +4 degrees.  All is good now, no thanks to Bill at 

dlr-alt who just gave me crap about how easy this job is:)...just kidding 

bill.
