I got a catalog in the mail Saturday from Mazda Competition parts.  It's

kind of funny since I got the form to order the catalog a couple of days

earlier and hadn't mailed it in yet.  



Anyway, there is a listing for a new "Type 2" Torsen limited slip

differential that is listed as the OEM part for the 1997 Miata.  The notes

say it has a "slightly higher bias ratio than the Type I units and is less

expensive"



The part number for the Torsen Type 1 is MM01-27-200

The part number for the Torsen Type 2 is MM02-27-200A



Neither part is listed in the price list.  In fact, I haven't found

anything that I'm interested in listed in the price list.
