It's a little box in the trunk that allows the CB to share the stock radio antenna with the AM-FM radio. It's always there, but "invisible". Seems to work fine. Previously, I made a bracket that attached to one of the license plate bolts and held a 24" top loaded antenna. It worked fine, but I got tired of removing it between trips. It stayed in the trunk and the cable stayed in place. I think I'm going to like the splitter better. When I take the 2-meter I use a *TINY* HT antenna with a magnet the size of a quarter. So far it hasn't hurt the paint. Sam and Baby, who no longer feels like a porcupine \014 ==============================================================================
