Hi Ivan, Of the top of my head, this is how I adjust my Hellas (which is a paraphrase of the Hella instructions). Park the car on a level surface about 30 ft (Hella says 10 meter), take a stick (yard stick works well) and mark on it where the cut off hits it when it is placed just in front of the light right next to the bumper. Make another mark on the stick 10 inches below the original mark. Now walk to the wall and place the stick against it and adjust the cut-off line to hit the lower mark on the stick. Best to do this one light at a time. The cutoff line MUST be below horizontal or you will get oncoming cars flashing you. If you've had one car flash you your lights are aimed too high. I've used H4 lights for years and never have been flashed. The high beams do appear to be a little high compared to the US spec lights but they really put light down the road...especially with 80/100 watt bulbs. You will also want to have the diagonal cutoff to be a little to the right of dead ahead. It's more difficult to determine. Enjoy 'em and don't forget to wash 'em when you wash the rest of the car.
