Bret - The wholesale price is what a dealer pays, on average, for that car. Private sales are more likely to be somewhere near the wholesale/reatail midpoint. So I would rethink the term "profit" :-) in your offer, maybe replace it with "big loss." Even considering these points, those yellows should command a premium.
