Ralph, I'm not sure that will do it. I'm familiar with those stops, but it appears to me that the entire assembly vibrates on its mounts. It's not so much the moving piece that contains the bulb bouncing against the stops as it is the entire thing jiggling on the existing brackets. But, having said all that, I haven't messed around with it for a long time, so I will definitely take a look this weekend and see if those adjustments help. Thanks for the advice. BTW - I've heard you're not the only one who's had to go back and tinker with the BSP light kit. But the others were victims of the "free + tips" install at the Miata Games. Hi Todd, There are adjustment points on the braces which are already there to support the headlight...both in the "up" position and the "down" position. They have rubber stops which probably compress over time allowing some movement. They are not real accessable but they are there. Tighten them up and your shaking will go away.
