     I haven't tried Shell, but I put some Chevron 89 octane in Wendy and 

     she didn't like it.  No sputtering or indigestion, but a noticeable 

     reduction in power.  Blecch!  I used up my $10 worth as quickly as 

     possible and went back to Arco 87...vrooom!!  Glad she's a cheap 

     date....
