I've got a red 90 that is usually mistaken for brand new (modified, but

new).  It spent a couple of years outside, but shows little fading.  Have

you given your car a full polish and wax recently?  I've had good luck with

Mothers products - the full process really brought up the colour (and sure

shone up the stripes!).  There are others who worship at the shrine of

Meguiars, but that stuff can be tough to find.  Almost no Miata colours are

clearcoated, and the red is one of those - except on the plastic.

Have a look at the Miata.net Garage section.  You need to lubricate the

rubber track in which the glass moves, if I remember correctly.  I haven't

had this problem - yet.
