I have had a Sebing for about a month longer and avout two thousand miles

more usage than Matt.

To this point I have not experienced either the rubbing against the hood

problem or the belt problem.  The best thing that I did for it was to get

the J&S unit and moved the timing to 15 degrees from the 8 recommended by

the insatll directions with the Sebring- This weather-cold and wet-has been

ideal for the timing- but not for the top down ; (((((((((.    Has anyone

out there with a Sebring and a J&S experimented with other timing settings

?
