In the rubber track, at the front of the glass, I used a silicone   

lubricant, but a teflon based one would probably be just as good.



There are also some metal slides inside the door with what appears to be   

automotive grease, I didn't lube this, but It may also have dried out   

over time...



Just do the easy one first, and see how you go.
