Subject: Passenger Seat Chirp

Five months ago I bought my first Miata.  It really is a hugely entertaining

car (especially when its warm out and the top's down).  



However, now that the top's up (hey, its cold in NY) the noise gremlins have

emerged.  The worst is from the passenger seat (when empty) that emits a chip

or rattle over every bump in the road (I don't know where you live but the

roads here suck).



Also, the driver-side window rattles if its not completely opened or

completely closed.   Lastly, the passenger air-bag casing rattles as well.



Has anyone else had these problems.  Can anyone offer help?
