  I have a 94 R, and as far as I know there is no difference in the engine.

The difference is you can't have cruise or power steering, windows or mirrors

or antenna, and no ABS. You get the front and rear skirts and rear lip

spoiler, Limited slip diff, and Bilstein shocks, which are stiffer than

regular. I believe the springs themselves are different too. The car rides

about an inch lower than other miatas. The car corners impressively flat for

a car that is all stock. The ride in my opinion is not nearly as bad as I had

heard it was, I think it's fine.
