Also, N.J. instituted a new law requiring lights to be on when wipers are on. On a bright, sunny summer day during a sun shower, I think it's pretty stupid to put the headlights on. Hence I will occasionally switch on just the parking lights - "Oh officer, I thought I had turned the lights on, sorry!". Gail & Minnie '96 Montego/Tan P.S.
