Without snow tires or excellent all season tires a miata will provide a most terrifying ride. Before getting my snows, just a slight amount of snow cover caused major panics and warrented a quick snow tire purchase. After placing my snows on, I now have the traction to climb Mt. Everest! (perhaps an exageration) You can get good deals on snow tires through the TIRE RACK. http://www.tirerack.com/ Unless you enjoy lots of stress, elivated heart rates, and white knuckles...you'll want to get some grippy tires :) Patrick Wei wrote: > > Miata Listers, > > I would like to know if anyone drives his/her Miata in the snow > on a regular basis.
