Yep, got mine within a few of days.  Also sent several technical

questions to them regarding a replacement radiator and received

knowledgable responses (not from Holly but from Joe?) within a matter of

hours.  Never ordered anything, though (summer heat went away!), so

can't attest to product delivery times.
