Okay, not only do we stop ordering from Wiz, but we get the folks at miata.net to stop allowing their advertising. I remember some game magazine that got adds from game mail order stores that never shipped the games on time, etc, and we all wrote in and got the mag to reject their adds, even to this day! So, Gary, how about it?...Why not drop their adds and all links to them, okay so you might lose a little revenue, if this is a problem I will even buy a miata net membership thing...it would be worth it if we as members had some control over problem vendors like wiz...what do you think? This was a few weeks after the group post to the Miata list. In that post, she said the catalogs would be ready in mid-Nov. When I emailed her, she replied "remember that the catalogs will be available mid-Dec." This was contrary to her group post listing a mid-Nov. date. If you look at the shipping form that comes with the catalog, you can see what their shipping policy is. At *least* expect a 13 day shipment wait. Policy states 72 hours to process the order, then 10 days for shipping. So, I'll back off for now, due to the holidays and the added shipping delays that result. However, today is the 13th day from when I made my order, taking into account the holidays. I had better be seeing a shipping notice on my door in the next few days. We all wonder if Mazda keeps an eye on this list. I wonder if suppliers do. We all know and regularly do business with consistently reputable suppliers, so I ask: What's the deal with Wiz? Why do we continue to see posts about how unhappy people are with this company? I will fully admit to "stepping in it" and ignoring the net knowledge re: this company. Maybe we should organize and protest Wiz, any suggestions? Individually, it is easy for an owner to dust of dissatisfied customers, but collective action is entirely different. I know there are TONS of *very* creative people on this list, so lets hear it!!!! Eric Schwarzentraub '91 Silver Stone -> Still waiting for the one dress up item that is not performance related.
