This may be true, but if there were no service problems, we would not be
complaining. Owning a service oriented business, I welcome complaints, it's
much better to try and fix a known problem than to just have a customer
disappear.

It's a two way street. Many people have praised Wiz. If other people didn't
mention their experiences with the different companies I personally would be
offended not being notified of a good deal or a bad risk.
Free speech goes both ways, it is only opinions, and should be taken as such.
