It meets your requirements and Jeff Anderson's. It is small (about the size of 3 packs of cigarette),I know not a PC measurement but the best I could do. It is all black. It has a digital display and remembers the last change it was set to even if unplugged from the power. (This is one of Jeff's requirements) I bought it at Walmart. The deal was $49.99 for the radio. Upon looking around in the display case I found a Promo type package. Radio, antenna, and cigarette plug power connector. $45.00!!! Guess which I bought? The last thing is I would spend the money and contact Jeff for one of his antenna splitters. I highly recommend them. No need for the antenna, no scratching the paint!! -- Larry and The White Knight M Club Member #70 '91 Crystal White S.C.
