Subject: Squeal from passenger side front wheel

A question to the all seeing all knowing mailing list :-)



About a week a ago a sqeauling noise started coming from the passenger side 

front wheel.  This noise occurs whether the brakes are applied or not and 

does not change when the brakes are applied.



I have inspected the disc surface and there does not appear to be any 

scoring of the disc surface.



Can anyone suggest what may be causing this noise (brake pads? wheel 

bearings? or something else).
