Ok gang, here they are, the top 5 badges....

First of all I would like to thank all of you who voted, about 82 of 

you took the trouble, a number I never dreamed would be that high, so I guess 

you all also have a lot of time to kill, waiting for topdown 

weather...

I'll also make public who was behind which badge....

some points to ponder



Voodo Bob just wanted to say  that the Pollo Rampante logo( badge 4) is intended primarily

for suitably Voodoo-equipped Miatas. One must show the scars on the

palm of his hand to get one.



My badge (number 3) came pretty close, but ah well....It was a 

rip-off of the Porsche Badge, I just copied the shield, put a silver 

M and Miata script in and changed the colours to something more regal



Bill Gusky's entry (number 5, the cool rabbit which was my fav.) 

actually worked against him as he submitted more than one badge, but 

even the total votes for all his badges couldn't have moved Voodoo 

Bob from the top spot.



And to proove that the OEM badge isn't really ugly....

a few owners voted for BAdge 8 (the OEM one) without actually 

recognising it as the stock Mazda badge....



All the badges will stay on my site for another week or so in order 

for all of you to refresh your memory on how they looked (or maybe 

to be downloaded, scanned and turned into real badges :-)     )
