....This car has never seen rain and has always been garaged - both tops 

are in new condition.  Car is located in Lake Oswego, Oregon (8 miles 

south of Portland, Oregon).

for sale too?  oh, i see.... "located IN Lake Oswego"  it can't rain under 

water.  makes perfect sense now.
