For anybody interested.  



In trying to determine why my 1.8 motor doesn't make any more power above

6500 RPM, I had the OEM 1.6 flow meter put on a flow bench and tested.  It

flowed 165 CFM at 10 inches and 500 CFM at 28 inches.
