Hi,  



	I had the same problem and I took it to Midas to see what they could about it ( I was not in the mood 

to crawl under my car on this particular Sat.) and they tried to tell me I needed a new pipe from the header to 

the converter.  Get this, the were going to cut me a deal and do it for the incredibly low price of $325 and 

hey it even included a lifetime warranty.  Needless to say I laughed @ the manager, got my car off the lift and 

 fixed it with my friend Cass a couple of weeks later with a $2 hose clamp.  Actually the clamp was free 

compliments of Cass, he threw it in with the HKS filter system he sold me and helped me install that same day.

Anyone out with a 1.6 and wanting a little extra kick  DO IT, it really is noticeable.  Also, get a headlight 

cover air scoop.
