Last summer, Richard Straman brought a newly completed Ferrari 456GT convertible by the Road & Track offices. He let Thos. Bryant (editor-in-chief) drive it, and Jerilyn Morris and I got to ride in the tiny back seat. The seat belts had those little buttons on them, and they stopped the seat belt travel through the buckle before they were anywhere near tight enough! We had about three inches of loose belt each left. It's ironic because anybody little enough to fit back there is going to have the same problem. I wonder why that fact didn't make it into the magazine's review of the car? Les, whose reaction to the car was an animal-like moaning, howling, groaning sort of thing, accompanied by much hand-rubbing and drooling. (Surprising that they'd let me ride in it after all that, eh?)
