Well, for me, at least ;) I solved the fuel pressure bogging problem which has been harrassing me for months. Turned out to be a clogged restrictor in the signal tube. After cleaning it out I had to reduce my fuel pressure dramatically. Base pressure went from 60 psi to what seems to 47-52 psi. Before, I had to run very high base pressure to compensate for the clogged tube. Bogging and other off/on boost oddities are completely solved! It was so clogged, in fact, that my max pressure went from a clogged 110 psi to a dangerous way-past-150psi when unclogged. I had to turn the needle valve down 3 or 4 times to get the pressures low enough. Back to a max 110psi and it feels great. Avoiding car fires is a good thing (especially when your fire extinguisher is extinguished). Like a dummy, I suspected/replaced everything (fuel pump/ injectors/ FPR/ etc,) while overlooking the obvious. Oh well, I've learned my lesson. However, my one week old new FPR does seem to work smoother than the old one. I think I'll keep it. Well my turbo/sc friends, if you are experiencing any bogging problems, check for clogged restrictors before you overhaul your entire fuel system. It's a lot cheaper and less time consuming :) Regards, Shiv who is still looking forward to Bill's ECU.
