Actually you can.  Excalibur makes an alarm that either speeks spanish or 

english!...kind of funny actually.  Or you can get one of those sirens that 

has a memory so you can record your own voice.  I used to sell these and had 

one on my car for a while to show people...I had recorded the Beavis and 

Butthead Cornholio sayings on it which was great when old people would get to 

close, "I am Cornholio...I need TP for my bunghole!"

I also had a recorded a loud screaming voice with a crowd of people yelling 

HELP at the same time, the humor never stops:)
