They even mention another nice extra there: this setting maximizes the turbulences on the passenger side, which might come handy depending on what passenger you have ... I have to disagree that the "both windows up" position is for LeBaron drivers and such. If you go for top speed top down, this is the setting with the least drag. And, above 120 mph, it will muss your hair. For sure.
