Why bother with hot air to warm the Voodoo? It's made of metal, so let's use electrikery! Wire it up, and it'll be just like a little toaster. Maybe use the defroster circuit, so it turns off after a while. Since adding electricity will warm the knob, we can use the opposite effect to cool it. In the summer, simply reverse the polarity and the electricity will be sucked out, leaving your Voodoo knob nice and cool. In fact, if you're having a picnic, just unscrew the knob and drop it in your drink to use as an ice cube!
