     Mine has been rained on a couple of times.  Its the OEM version from

     Mazda and I have not had a problem with leakage at all.  The only

     problem I *have* seen is the puddle that develops in the middle of the

     cover.  you have to somehow siphon or scoop it out before you unzip or

     all would be for nothing!

What happens if it rains and you have the tonneau on? Is it rain proof? Or

just for good weather protection?
