    I thought the exact same thing.  There is a German company that 

sells brake "paint" (checkout speciality auto mags. towards the back).  

Although, it would seem that any high temp. paint in yellow would work. 

Along the lines of highlighting small components with paint, I recently 

thought of (won't do it though, truth be told) painting the mirrors red 

or yellow, ala the Mercedez CLK-SLR or the Silver Arrows (F1).  Keep in 

mind, this is all on a silver car, so it would have contrast.
