  Hehehee..  Like you said, don't hit a curb!  I did once when I was

making a high speed left turn on slick pavement.  Did a 180 and ruined

my left rear wheel and alignment.



  Other then stress on the transmission, I can't see how it could hurt. 

Careful not to over rev..  Pretty easy to do..
