In case, someone can read Japanese and do not have Japanese capable browser, here's a easiest way to do. On English Windows95 or NT environment, get MS-IE 3.0 or later. It should be English version! Download multinational language kit from MS Web Site. Get Japanese kit. Then install it. Select Japanese encode option on MS-IE. That's it. Do not ask me to translate all articles!
