Well, I have to tell my story.  Last year, I ordered a set of blue gauges

and a stainless gauge surround for Espen's car.  Holly recognized my name

over the phone - she was at least following the list at that point.  The

parts were in stock, were shipped the way I asked, and arrived in time to

meet the schedule we had for shipping the car.  All in all, exactly the way

things are supposed to work.



How much of this was due to the fact that she knew my name is hard to say.

It's possible she was hoping I'd spread the word about how it all worked

beautifully, as I do have a tendency to be fiercely loyal to those vendors

that impress me (right, Bill?).



When various people found out we had ordered something from Wiz, the

stories started coming out.  Almost everyone said something along the lines

of "I can't believe you ordered something from her".
