I have owned my Miata since 5/2/97 and I have put over 3,000 miles on 

it it already (I only drive it on weekends).  I drive it even if I have 

nowhere to go in particular and spend hours in my garage admiring the 

car.  I think my neighbours think I am a bit strange... Ah, if only 

they knew what it means to own a Miata!  Sorry about my gushing but I 

just came home from a wonderful morning drive along Sheridan Road and 

needed to express my love for the car (my wife is still asleep...).

P.S.  I passed three vintage roadsters today and none waved back (a 

typical occurrence)!  What's the deal with vintage car owners...?
