Joe & the Group, I had an experience with a charge on a credit card (Discover) for which I was not responsible which was kind of a nightmare and may shed some light on this issue. After my departure from a bed and breakfast place in Denison, TX the proprietor added the cost of another day's lodging to the credit charge. I learned of this when I got the credit card bill. I called Discover to dispute the charge and was told that they would issue a temporary credit, but if the merchant didn't agree, the charge would be reinstated. We'll to make a long story short the charge was reinstated, temporarily credited a second time, reinstated a second time, and then finally credited. This process took 3 - 4 months, numerous phone calls and produced a lot of aggrevation. The bottom line is that if the merchant doesn't agree with you, the credit card company sides with the merchant. (At least that's my experience with Discover.) I hope this WIZ thing doesn't turn into the disaster that it could; good luck everybody. Regards, Bill Bowser & Drifter Black & Red '93 LE Top Down today in Jeffersonville, IN
