Guppy wants guys in backwards baseball caps to have a little respect, and

is willing to make a bit of a sacrifice occasionally.  But that is mainly

why I posed the question, since I figured there are abusive ways to do it,

and really abusive ways to do it!



I wonder on the Bad For Your Car continuum just where chirping fits in. Is

it at the "not the best thing you could be doing" end of the scale, or is

it closer to the "You are shaving 2500 miles worth of life off your

driveline everytime you do this!" end.



I think I'll practice this at the mall parking lot or something, after a

bit of rain has come down, just to reduce the friction a bit.
