I just went on a cruise and I used the ships "credit" which directly charged my Discover card. When I got the bill from Discover, it thought it was in error of more than $300. I called Discover and they immediately credited my account and started an investigation. The cruise line had proof that I had spent that money and then discover added it to my next bill. They were good about it. Also had a problem at the grocery store, they charged me twice for one transaction and Discover immediate corrected the situation. SO, for me, Discover is worth the $ back ....
