Hey 'Netters - Looks like next week (after many fits and starts) I'll be

heading out on my 'One Lap'.

Starting out from Santa Clara, CA, I'll head north to Seattle, on to

Colorado via Montana (time to find out if it really will 'pull to red line

in 5th...) through the sunbelt, through Mass and other eastern states, down

to Atlanta, through Houston on to Phoenix and finally back home.  As did

Jeanne, I'll take about four weeks.

Why do I tell you this?  It would be great to hook up with some 'Netters

along the way!  If you've got any favorite roads in your locale or tips and

tricks, I'd love to hear them.  I'll be meeting up with friends along the

way, but the itinerary if pretty flexible if I hear of a 'can't miss'

proposition.  Drop me a line if it sounds like you're in my path and we'll

see if we can't break some bread (or a tap or something.)

I still owe a few beers to folks around the country (Billy A, Bill C, Les

A) so now's your chance to collect!
