It should be the same, either way: if you don't use the extra power, you won't use the extra fuel. It's conceiveable that either setup could get *better* mileage driven conservatively, via driving in higher gears at lower speeds (short shifting). But where's the fun in that?! No one ever bought a *charger for better mileage! The Sebring sure looks like the better solution for a daily driver, especially when my non-technical wife drives the Miata to work two days a week.
