Now I'm sure that we all consider the Miata almost perfect 'as-is', but

what do folks consider 'the basics'- those things that you just can't do

without? For myself, the list would be as follows:

adjustable cupholder(for beer-see earlier post)

radar detector

cell phone

something to protect the rear window

mudguards

sill plates

..and for Winter

4 studded snow tires

hardtop

Oh yes, lots of tapes and CDs for any drive ove an hour
