Subject: Alignment

While turning in a parking lot with painted stripes, I got a chirp ever time

the outer wheel passed the stripe.  Same when turning right or left.  Do I

need an alignment or is this normal.  As background I rotated the front tires

to the back after about 5K and could see the outside fronts had much wear on

the edges.  The rears were OK and show no wear.  Yes I have been doing the

twisties at twice the speed limit but think that the Perelli P600's should

not wear this fast.  Ive read Miq's alignment treatise but wonder if it

applies to all our cars as mine is a base 94.  TIA for any help.
