Keith, One of our customers, kcdrews@interserv.com, is not getting your newsletter. We do not seem to have you on any anti-spam list, although I am having someone look into it. Could you resend him last weeks letter as individual sends rather than as a group send? I know this is a little our of your way, but I haven't been able to determine why he isn't getting your mail. Is their anything else you can think of that could be causing this? Are you getting his letters bounced back to you? Did you do anything different on 09/28/97? (He got that one.) I don't mean to sound like twenty questions, I'm just trying to find out what's happening. PS, do not hit reply, that will send to the general support list. Send it back to me personally, please.
