	My '95 is just developing a similar noise pattern and it seems



to be tied to the weather cooling. I only hear the clunk when it's

cooler



out and mine is accompanied by an odd squeak. I too checked the trunk



and the rear deck because it seems to be coming from right behind my



left ear. I got out and pushed the fender up & down a few times and it



almost seems like it might be the top shock mount/bushing. I fear I



may have to resort to the dealer for a fix unless someone can ident-



ify this phenomena. Or I move south from NY.
