Greetings,

   I have purchased several sets of tires thru the Tire Rack.  I an

overseas in 

Germany.  While the mail/shipping portion has been a bit rought the service

of the Tire Rack has been excellent.  Due to a miss communication between

the sales person and myself, we tried to mount some tires that were too 

wide for the rim I had on the car.  Result they didnt bead properly tho I

drove

almost 500 miles on them before realising this.  The Tire Rack is paying

all 

costs for return, replacement with correct size and reimbursement for the 

cost difference in tires.  Only cost they didn't cover was the mounting and



balancing.   I can't complain.   Good company.
