The packages changed after a certain point.  Certain special editions like

the 'M' evolved and so forth.  In 1992 you had a choice of A, B, C, or base

model.  If you don't have leather seats, it's not a C.  If you don't have

Power Windows, it's not a B.  If you don't have alloy wheels and leather

wrapped steering wheel, its a Base model, unless it's my car, in which case

it got the wheels and leather wrap after I got ahold of it.  For more

The '92 Miata has maybe another 15 mph left at 100, but you might have to put

the top up to get them.  4th gear would be required, along with a driver that

was willing to push it to the 7200 RPM limit.
