Subject: help with fuses

Last night while driving around I lost all functionaity of my Tach, temp

guage, fuel pressure guage, radio, turn signals, and backup lights,

along with the fact my windshield wipers go very very slow now no matter

what speed they're set on.   My O2 sensor is bad and the wire it's

connected to is frayed (don't ask it's a long story) and last night was

a torrential downpour so I'm figuring that's where teh short happened.

Which fuses should I look at to replace and could anything else have

been effected?
