i just experienced the most enthusiastic exchange ive ever had.  I was

going to the grocery store, and passed a 93+ top down Black.  I did my

usualy flash of the headlights, and was rewarded by the passenger giving

a big wave above the windshield header.  I think she actually got out of

the seat.  the driver waved too.. what a way to brighten a boring day.
