I've heard a song on the radio a couple of times, I think it's by "The 

Presidents of the USA". It seems to be about a blue car with tan interior, 

being driven with the roof down.



The chorus sounds like

"I want to drive in ma, ma FIVE,

  in 95, I want to drive.... etc"



Is this song about the MX5 (Miata) or am I just making the words fit the 

car.



Enquiring ears want to know.

I passed an unusual (for here) car on the motorway this morning. It was a 

late model convertable, but it was so big , I could only just see the top of 

the driver's head inside. It had a rollbar, twin humps behind the rear seats 

and full body kit. It was left hand drive, so presumably it was a U.S. 

import. The tires looked twice the width of mine (and mine are 205's). It 

was a real ugly beast of a car. Oh and if it helps with the identification 

it said FORD SALEEN on the back. I've seen people on the list mentioning 

Mustangs, Le Barons, Chysler Sebrings etc, but no Saleens. So what is it?
