Subject: Road rage reaches Thumper!

After all those hoaky news docu-stories about "road rage", I was pretty

much feeling like this was a lot of B.S.- until it happened to me.

Thursday night I went to pick up my wife at the department store where

she works. They have a special door for employees to enter and leave. A

couple of cars were waiting along the curb by the door. I pulled into a

space by the door and waited. A woman came out and got in the car behind

me. Moments later BAM!! I got out to see what had happened. What had

happened is that the moron behind me had deliberately rammed my car, and

was now cursing ME out, because, in hai mind I had parked too close.

When I asked for his I.D., he took off. 

All of which was monumentally stupid because: I had his plate,I know who

he is, there were plenty of witnesses, and they went to  his wife's

employer looking to find him. He  will soon be facing arrest for

evading, which means loss of license, among other things.

Thumper and I came out O.K., other than a sore neck (me) and a scratched

bumper(

Thumper)

There is no moral here, except that this sort of thing can happen to

anyone.

Thanks for letting me vent. I feel better now.
