The stiff set came with my wing, and it works great for me to.  I can not be

lazy and do a partial opening of the trunk or it will fall slowly.

Why is it that Mazda doesn't automatically

put the stiffer trunk lid springs on an 'R'

when they know it's gonna have the lip spoiler?



I bought the OEM stiff set (about $15) and it saved

me from further head aches.



I guess I could've complained under warranty,...
